I repeatedly tried to cancel this order with the sales assistant whom I placed the order with the very next day only to be told that this was not possible , I found him rude and totally unhelpful, this gave me a very poor opinion of your company which I would have no hesitation in passing on to friends and family

I didn't say I was not satisfied with my visit or had a bad experience ,so why are you asking ? The last question I was asked was...Did you have a bad experience ? I replyed No!!

Because the lady who served us made a mistake and didn't put the deliver date in and then the system "went down" so we had to wait until the next day to find out delivery. Also when speaking to my husband about delivering the item she said well just get a van then! If i could pick the item up i would of done we didn't need a sales assistant saying this! She then passed the phone to the store manager who kept interrupting my husband, this all resulted with me making a complaint to customer services the next day! I have never come across a shop so badly run that the quality tech guy had to help us as at the time only 1 sale assistant was available. Even though delivery charges have now been refunded i am still not happy as buying a bedframe or bed is supposed to be an enjoyable experience and for us it wasn't. Also when we was called with the delivery date i am unsure as to whether we will get the instructions as it seems alot of hassle for them to print them off! It will be highly unlikely i'd use your store again!

Mandy and Andy were extremely helpful - they arranged for an alternative headboard, extra pillows and duvet plus Saturday delivery all for the original price of the bed. We also bought an ex-clearance model bed which was very well priced. Excellent service - would definitely return and recommend to friends!
