I liked the machine that advised which mattress would be best for me. Assistant was friendly and very attentive. Gave me lots of options & best value for my budget & wasn't at all pushy. Nothing was too much trouble as I was a little indecisive at one point. Was impressed by the mattress recycling & the added extra's (pillows, mattress protector & duvet).

The store assistance listened to our needs and ages plus age related problems and put ours in the special needs bed , which highlighted our needs brilliant

I am very grateful with your customer service and support. Andy, who sereved us with respect and he was very helpful . We even didn't expect that Dreams company would involve in donation. They listened to our request carefully and did everything in order to satisfied us. In general he helped us to help someone else.
