Dreams - Oldbury

Mary listened to what I said I was looking for she gave me different options to try but didn't rush me and answered my questions

I had came to this particular Dream's store twice, the first to plan and pick what I wanted where I discussed my needs with Chris. After picking out what I liked I told Chris I will return in a few weeks when the decorating of my new home is almost complete. As I walked in the store Chris recognised me, helped me find my previous selections and ensure I was happy. Then sat me down, handed me some water after offering a number of drinks and quickly got my ordered and delivery booked in while been very accommodating.

Andy in the Oldbury store was friendly, helpful and knowledgable. We haven’t purchased any mattress within the last 10 years and things have most definitely moved on since then. Our visit to store was successful and fun

very helful andew that served us offered us tea orcoffee cheerful and polite told us of the option to have the old mattress recycled and told us about the terms and conditions very good

Chris, the sales rep @ the Oldbury store was incredibly helpful, he knew his products, we tried the test bed & Chris used the info to point us in the right direction for a mattres that suited us rather than push the more expensive items 1st. We have used Dream's Oldbury before for our previous bed & mattress, & for my wife's mother's recent purchase. We will be back.

My husband and I entered the store and was greeted by a sales adviser(Mary) She was very helpful and obliging. We chose the bed no trouble but couldn't decide on the right mattress. Mary was with us all this time and we didn't feel under any pressure.

Rob who served us was full of knowledge and listened to our needs and fulfilled our requirements so it was easy for us to place an order. He gave us a good discount because my son bought a mattress a week ago from Dreams.

When we went in we were looking for a mattress for our spare room. We were shown the piece of equipment to find our best fit. Our assistance appeared very knowledgeable and friendly so we changed to ordering 2 mattresses.
