Dreams - Oldbury

I visited Dreams to buy a new mattress. I was greeted on entering the store & offered a drink while I shopped. Usha, the sales assistant suggested the Sleep Match test bed to suit my needs as I explained I have back & neck trouble. After receiving the results, I was guided round the store to all the relevant beds. Usha gave me a pillow & I must have tried 7 or 8 beds before deciding. Although I found the prices expensive, I could not fault the quality of the mattresses & the one I selected did have a £200 saving. I returned 2 days later after giving it thought to purchase the mattress. I was greeted by Usha again & another gentleman who offered me a drink. Usha offered me a seat & talked me through the purchase, explaining the 8 year guarantee & delivery options. I was offered a mattress protector as part of the sale. The standard options were out of stock so was offered a Tempur one at a discount. On concluding the sale I was told that the mattress would not be available until the 30th September. I was reassured that the likelihood would be it would be sooner than this (I received a call today to say it's coming on Friday). Overall, very satisfied with the service.

Rob sales guy brilliant suggestions but no pressure to buy how choosing should be.

The Dreams member of staff made our visit easy and efficient. He kept within our budget but listened to our needs and guided us accordingly. He made my daughter feel at ease and encouraged her to test and feel comfortable with our purchase. A visit I thought would take a considerable amount of time was completed within 30 minutes

The sales lady at Oldbury store (Usha) was so friendly and helpful and spent lots of time with us making sure we got the right bed. She didn't put us under any pressure but was very approachable and knowledgeable.

We were impressed with the "sleepmatch" machine and the professionalism of Usha, who looked after us.

The Saleman Rob went out of his way to find the items I wanted at a reasonable price

The bed is for my granddaughter, the assistant Usha was extremely helpful. My granddaughter was measured on the technology bed. Then Usha showed the beds that would best suit her. My granddaughter chose one of the beds suitable for her needs, however the headboard she chose, then next headboard was unavailable too. The third headboard was third time lucky. During this time Usha offered us hot drinks. Usha's service was impeccable, helpful, professional and friendly.

Costumer services its been great , all the credit goes to Robert . He was fantastic in understanding as and explained very well about the product . In the Costumer assistance he provided , was absolutely great . Thank you Rob
