Staff where very accommodating especially Mary, even though she was busy with other customers, she looked after us well, explained a lot of things to consider,nothing was to much trouble. Very polite and courteous. When Mary wasn’t available due to being with customers Andy’s came to us and helped us out with choice of bed, mattresses. Fantastic service, with lovely friendly staff who even though busy go that extra mile. Would definitely recommend the Oldbury store to friends and family.

Andrew was exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for us. We also found the Sleepmatch bed to be quite a fun and unique experience.
