Assistant was very helpful and pieasant

Polite and welcoming on entrance to the store.The assistant was helpful but also allowed time for us to try the beds without standing over us and following us around the store. He showed us alternatives and gave us time and space to make a decision. The delivery men were polite, and courteous,taking their shoes off on arrival and gave us additional advice that was needed.

Buying a new bed has been on our "to do" list for quite a long time but we had never found anywhere that had a bed to suit us - so we thought we would give Dreams a go. Both my wife and I were delighted with the service the salesperson Mary gave us helping first to identify a suitable bed type using your machine and then guiding us around the showroom Highly delighted with the outcome in buying our new bed, the service we received from Mary and the quick delivery date. Excellent!!

Very professional service was excellent next to non. Comunication was on point and nothing was to much trouble, couldn't do any more for us as customers we was offerd tea, coffee we are really pleased.

We were approached by a very friendly and very knowledgeable sales assistant (Usha). She took time to understand our needs and budget. Once she was clear on our requirements she explained all the different mattresses that were available. She also explained how she could help us find the ideal mattress. We use a very smart machine which told us which mattresses best met our needs. I’ve never used a machine like that before and found it very interesting. The good thing about the results from the machines was it actually chose the mattress which Usha had already suggested would suit us. Usha offered us drinks and made everything very clear and easy to understand. She made the whole process of choosing the mattress very easy and quick. A great sales assistant can transform a shopping experience, proven by Usha, thank you.

Mary was a brilliant salesperson, we a lots of products knowledge, very helpful and never let us any questions. Very helpful by picking our beds and mattress out

All our needs were met, staff were friendly and had the knowledge and knowhow to give us the correct product. Whole experience was relaxing from start to finish.

Wasn't entirely sure what type or bed or mattress we needed but thanks to the help we had in store, we found the perfect bed and mattress for us

We have ordered from this store since 2008 and the staff have always helped us and advised us on everything we have purchased, we always have a laugh with them and they always remember us , mary and Rob were very helpful on our recent visit, Andy was on a weeks holiday, looking forward to our new bed and headboard on the 19th August, we always recommend the oldbury store to family and friends.
