Dreams - Oldbury

Went to Dreams Oldbury store and was served by Usha, she was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us and explaining about the 2 mattresses we were interested in. Usha was very friendly, professional and gave us lots of time to make our decision. I will recommend the store and Usha to my friends.

The customer expectations are very high I would imagine, however I felt I was not pressurised in any way I was made to feel like I could make the decision on the type of bed I wanted without feeling to be made to buy something I didn't really want,I ordered the Ellis bed with a sleep.motion base and the feather and black mattress followed by the matching storage box and bedside cabinet and wow what a good night sleep I get now Rob and Usha are amazing employees and hence you will definitely exceed sales with people like them well done Dreams truely amazing customer satisfaction. We received very good customer service from the time we stepped into the store The lady Usha was very helpful and friendly from start to finish cldnt fault her at all ! 5 star service ! It was very relaxed wasn’t rushed at all and recieved very good advice

Staff were very helpful and caring. The store was very well laid out and immaculate clean and welcoming. We were offered a very welcome and refreshing drink and the whole experience was delightful, a great way to buy our bedding.

This is the 4th bed I've bought from Dream Oldbury in 5 years. I wasn't intending to buy, I just popped in to have a look (after stupidly visiting Bensons for no good reason). I went over to the cash desk where Mary greeted me, popped a face mask on and proceeded to help. I told her I was after the same bed i bought in 2016, like magic she found my ordered and took me round the store showing me the same beds and (on my request) newer products that had come out since then. Mary's product knowledge was simply incredible, she knew exactly what I was after, what my needs were, very efficient in getting round the store. Very assuring made sure I was comfortable and happy at all times, offered me a drink. Like I said I popped in to have a look, but after some time with Mary I ended up buying a £700 mattress. Mary is going to do some digging to see if she can get me the bed I'm after and call me next week. Extremely happy with her professionalism, efficiency, knowledge and unpressured approach. Excellent employee, will definitely recommend Mary at Dreams Oldbury to all my friends & family.

We had an amazing discount on our product and even got an extra matress cover to go with our order. Rob was really friendly and helpful!
