Very helpful and friendly staff who spent an age with us while we were trying to decide what we wanted and if it would fit. Measured everything just to double check and offered us choices of delivery dates with the option of moving the date if our decorating wasn’t finished.

Order was processed very quickly there was no hard sell I knew what I wanted before I went in the store and they went out of there way to make sure I got what I wanted

Mary was very helpful in choosing a mattress and frame. In the end we only purchased a mattress. We came back the next day to buy and Mary was available for us again.

There was a great selection and was impressed of the measures taken to protect your customers from Covid. Andy who served us was very friendly and knowledgeable offering us drinks and answering all questions we had. Overall we had a great experience and will certainly come back next time we need anything.

I found what I was looking for very quickly. The man who took my order was very knowledgable. He was a pleasure to deal with, happy and completed the order in an efficient manner. Would be nice if he dealt with us in the future.

Nothing was too much trouble when questions asked, left us alone to browse and ask for assistance when needed, nothing worse than being followed round the store, didn’t feel rushed into buying anything
