Your staff member Usha was extremely knowledgeable friendly and polite as were the other two colleagues in store. We felt safe (COVID-19) and were there for the right amount of time.

We went to visit dreams on Friday to look for and hopefully purchase a new mattress. On arrival we entered the store and hand sanitiser was available. We started looking around the showroom and was greeted by a lovely lady called Usha. She asked if we would like any assistace regarding mattress's and explained that there was a sleep match machine that could help us find a suitable mattress to help get the best night's sleep, and thats also best suited to our body. We then walked the show room and tried the mattress's, we were also give a pillow each to try (a sheet was also supplied for covid restrictions). We went on to purchase a mattress and the transaction and process was very easy and simple!!!

I've always been familiar with Dreams since I'm from High Wycombe have used them my whole life, however finding myself in Oldbury and location I'm not familiar with we we're greeted by Usha and gave us a great experience allowing us to use the bed machine and giving advice on which is the best. Very pleased and reassured me with the great customer service ethos with Dreams that I'm used to

Given individual attention and the time to try out beds & mattresses (and to go back the them) until I found the one for me !! No pressure from the assistant at any time. Really looking forward to delivery of my new bed. 😀

the staff at the oldbury store we're exceptionally helpful, walked me and my partner through our mattress 'fitting' and talked us through the features and benefits of all the products recommended as well as some other similar products. Gave us time and space to try out and discuss our choices. Very polite, very knowledgeable.

I was helping my sister in law to buy a bed and was worried about how she would cope with making a choice. As it was she selected a single bed and her family were concerned about her safety. Dreams have now modified the order to a double bed without too much hassle.
