From the moment I stepped in the store I was greeted by a very nice salesman. He didn't rush me or pressurise me. His knowledge was excellent.

From the moment we entered the store we were made to feel valued as customers. Chris was fantastic. He was helpful and informative without being at all pushy or rushing us to make a decision. He saw that we had a favourite matress in mind and knew that you had stopped stocking that particular one .when they did not have the size available offered alternatives to us and was really genuinely apologetic. He is a credit to your company.

Mary was excellent. We were unsure what type of mattress we wanted, but she suggested using the mattress machine to find what suited our sleeping style before helping us to choose the perfect mattress for us.

The staff very friendly I felt very relaxed I got what I wanted and I wanted what I got.

We liked the use of technology to identify the correct mattresses for us. Rob, at the store was very knowledgeable and helpful. He spent as much time with us as we needed and then arranged the sale and delivery, including a cup of tea and hot coffee!
