Dreams - Oldbury

To be honest I'd done alot of research before my visit and the bed tester helped clarify my choice. Staff were friendly and wasn't pushy.

Staff were very helpful and the process of choosing which mattress was the suitable for us was very good. It eliminated trying lots of matresses

Mary who assisted us in buying our new king size bed was truly wonderful . She was friendly , knowledgeable and extremely helpful

Wonderful. Assistance from the salesman. He answered all my questions. Listened to what I wanted. Showed. Me all the items that met my brief and explained some of the technical jargon. Springs etc. He made the visit very enjoyable and I came away pleased with my purchase. Hopefully I made the right choice. Only wish the delivery was sooner than 3 weeks

The store was very spacious, social distances was no issue as there was only a few customers. At the Oldbury store the staff were very friendly we was offered hot drinks. He had great knowledge of the items on offer (I think he's name was Chris) also helped to choose the perfect bed for my mom. He was very jolly and cracking jokes which made our experience at Dreams even better. You need more people like him. Just waiting for the bed to be delivered now.

Mary was very knowledgable on our request for a replacement mattress, she asked us questions about health and the position of our sleep. We then lay on the bed which gave the guide of the type of mattress we should have. Protective covering was on the bed and then removed after. After trying a few mattresses we purchased one and was extremely pleased with the way we were served.

Very efficient and effective service. Usha was very helpful and directed us towards the Sleepmatch machine, clearly explaining it's function and then taking us to a range of different products that were suggested from our results. She then took on board our conversations and directed us towards different products - one of which we ended up purchasing! She was attentive, friendly and very helpful.
