We came into your store on Monday morning. As we walked in we were greeted by Usha. She was instantly friendly and interacted with us as a family. She talked about what our needs were and we were able to try out the machine that finds your ideal mattress which I found very useful. Overall from start to finish the product choice was great and so was Usha’s service. There was no pressure to buy or to look at the mattresses she went with us and what we wanted to do. She was very attentive and talked us through various options and made us feel at ease about buying from Dreams

An excellent store. The assistant in the store was excellent, very knowledgeable, very polite and helpful and also extremely patient while we looked at the range of products, ensuring other people were also attended to. A very pleasant and productive shop at the store.

We received great customer service and advice. We were unsure on what we wanted but felt we could take home the advice and think about it. No pressure when we returned. Assistant went over and above to help us. No hesitation on recommending the store and would definitely return.

The Oldury staff members was absolutely fantastic, couldn't have asked for better people to help us at Dreams, their names was Usha and Rob, please give them a pay rise, they really are exceptional at their job. I would recommend the Oldbury branch to anyone. We went to the Brierley Hill branch first and a very rude employee came over and would not leave us alone to have a look round, I will not be going to that branch again and will explain to others our experience so they don't use this branch but I would definitely recommend the Oldbury branch as they was fantastic.
