Greeted at the door by Chris, absolutely fantastic customer service and brilliant at upselling, so good infact I'm not at all displeased with the price of everything I purchased considering I was going in there for a budget mattress and left with a king size tempur, Osaka frame with the upgraded TV, pillows and mattress covers. We used the sleep match machine to which Chris showed us every mattress that might fit our needs from budget all the way to top range. He sold me on everything within seconds! Absolutely brilliant and after all that he explained the financed and broke it all down for me for each item, whys and how's of eveything, how to look after everything and how everything helps your sleep. It's was baffling in a good way and very educational, the man deserves a promotion ASAP! Absolutely fantastic customer service, the best I've received from any store and I work in retail, I wish I had an employee like him! Funny, friendly and inviting, couldn't ask for a better experience for my first visit to Dreams will 10/10 100% recommended to everyone I know.
