we were allowed to try different mattresses at our leisure. All our questions were answered by a very friendly assistant Andy i think his name was. Coffee or tea provided. Very happy with delivery date and the offer of mattress and divan removal.

From the minute we entered the store we were made to feel welcome, we were approached by Chris to see if we needed any help, we said no and he was quite happy to let us browse, when we did need assistance he went out of his way to help, he offered us a drink and he helped me with the the digital machine to choose the right mattress for my needs, having done that he then showed me the choice of mattress that was right for me, i was looking for a particular base and again he spent time with us to make sure found the one that i was looking for, at no time did he try to pressure us into buying anything and he spent the best part of an hour with us to make sure we were happy with our purchase, having done this and we ordered the bed he then asked his if we were sure or did we want to go away and think about it first, he clearly wanted to make sure we werent rushing into a decision and at no time did he put any pressure on us to buy, he was charming, polite, funny, patient and a total star! More companies should have a chris on their books :)

Upon entering old bury store we were welcome by a friendly smile by Mary the sales person who then help us choose the suitable bed for us. We purchased a silent night risborough and the transaction was swift and professional. Mary dealt with us in a friendly professional manner.

From start to finish Andy and Rob at the Oldbury store couldn't do enough they were both amazing and cleanliness was done after every person. Visit was stress free only went in for one bed and new mattress but ended up with two. Well dine everyone

Lovely store manager and also the staff member who showed me the selection of mattresses. Not pushy like some sales people. Just friendly and informative
