Staff was knowledgeable, polite and patient. She explained everything I needed to know about the products I was interested in. I am pleased with my experience and would recommend Dreams to friends and family.

Walked in the store and was greeted by a staff member (Chris) who helped us choose a mattress. Was pretty knowledgeable on what we required and of the products in store. Didn't try and hard sell us the most expensive mattress and wasn't pushy when we wanted time to decide, which is what I expected before coming to store.

The member of staff that served us was polite and helpful, took the time to engage with our daughter and made it a nice experience

Shop assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

The assistance we were given and her knowledge of the product we were interested in really helped us and we are confident we have made the right decision to purchase the mattress which we have bought. We have a few weeks to wait for it to be delivered but that cant be helped.
