Had bought new beds in 2012 and as time to replace visited store to browse and ended up buying all three new mattresses. Mary the sales assistant who was the same assistant who helped back in 2012. She found best matresses and left us to decide and try others in ranges in store. No pressure to buy very helpful and knowledgeable.

We were very impressed by the availability and experience of the salespersons we spoke to. The test bed is a great idea and helped us to choose the bed best for our needs. The experience of the sales person we met was obvious and he was very thorough in letting us try many different beds until we found the one which was best for us. The 40 day trial period is also a great idea and gives up confidence to come back to you if we have any problems.

Mary @ Oldbury branch was ever so helpful showed us loads of beds recommended items which are good for our children advising it’s our choice which was very kind of her as we where so confused with all the lovely beds & Mattresses, great Customer service highly recommending to my family & friends.

Knowledgeable sales assistant who didn't rush or pressure us. Once we had chosen our bed and mattress, she gave us the best deal possible.

Our Sales Assistant, Mary, greeted us warmly asking if we needed help. Even with a mask you can tell that she was smiling. She was not pushy or intrusive but gave us time to let her know our needs. She suggested the best options advising of the quality of each product and was patient so that we had time to think about the options given to us. Each product was sanitised and we felt comfortable within the store. We purchased additional items and again were given the advise and time to think about these before purchasing.

I was highly satisfied with the facilities offered that measured our needs for a good quality mattress. The store assistant guided me and my partner through the process of finding the right mattress. With the information that the machine gave her, she walked us through the store showing us which mattress were best for us. We found what we was looking for and was happy with the speedy delivery date.

Rob was knowledgeable, helpful and really took the time to understand our needs. He went over and above to ensure we got exactly what we need.

Staff were very friendly and helpful well done dreams. Every member of staff was wearing face mask. and keeping distance. Wish all shops was like this made.you feel safe.its one place no one could fault at all thank you to the.man who helped us

I was highly satisfied with my overall experience at Dreams Oldbury. The 2 colleagues (Andy and Chris) both took care of mine and my wife's needs and expectations and thoroughly explained everything to us to allow us to make an informed decision.
