When I went to showroom the item I wanted was not on display but once I told the assistant which bed I wanted she quickly found it on screen. She then sorted out a mattress, quoted me a price and delivery date. This was acceptable and so I placed order, all very efficient as always.

We originally ordered a king-sized Isabella bed. However, on moving house we discovered the size was too large for the room and we had to request downsizing to a double bed before delivery took place. Your staff over the phone and at at your store in Oldbury were fabulous in handling our situation and did not make us feel as though we were awkward customers. In our defence, due to Covid, we had only seen our property once (viewing only) and on moving into our cottage realised that the original bed was going to be too big for the room once our shipment had arrived from abroad. Thank you for being so understanding and changing our order.
