The store manager had assisted us and answered every question we had. He had great knowledge of the product and did everything to make it a smooth sale. Very happy customer and amazing store manager.

The store was well set out, I was greeted as I entered and directed to where I could find what I was looking for. The assistant gave me time to browse and checked back in with appropriate timing.

Andy was very willing and helpful to listen to our individual needs. He was willing to take the time and make sure we were complete my satisfied. He kept us at ease particularly with social distancing.

Usha was very attentive from the time we entered the store. She offered us everything you would expect and more - warm welcome, fresh pillows and protectors to use whilst lying on the beds, use of the sleepmatch machine and also the offering if drinks. She has a bubbly personality and was highly knowledgeable of the products on offer. Usha was also personable by calling us by our first names which I really liked. You have a great employee at the oldbury store. Well done
