A guy called Andy approached me and asked if I'd like to use the technology bed to help assist me with what kind of matress suited my needs. He put me through the cycle and it was determined I needed a "firm" mattress. He asked if I had a budget in mind and then guided me around the store trying different mattresses and explaining the differences between each. He was extremely friendly and his knowledge was fantastic. I can honestly say his customer service is what made me purchase my product today
