First in the shop salesman greeted us and welcomed us explained what beds are available and invited us to go on the sleep bed to analyse what to recommend .we were shown various beds which we tried having his guidance we selected the bed we want .overall the salesman was very profes signal. And we were more than satisfied in ordering

The staff member was friendly and made us feel comfortable. We used the sleepmatch machine. Which was really good because we where unsure of what firmness would suit us. It felt like it took the guess work out of it. We where offered drinks and allowed time to choose at our own speed after being helped by the staff. We where taken by the pillows. Didn't know there where pillows for different sleep positions.
