Our assistant Usha welcomed us to the store and was very attentive to our needs. A very helpful lady indeed. We tried the measurement bed to find the correct bed for us, and the options on offer were great. We were very happy with the service. The stores google rating made it a worth while Trip. Even though there are dreams stores closer by.

Found the bed base that I wanted on line,but wanted to see what it looked like in store. The lady assistant very helpful & we where happy,so ordered.

Greeted, within minutes, and offered a drink, offered the use of the sleep machine, guided around the mattresses suited to our measurements, not pushed at all into making a dicision, left alone to have another try. They even tried to find out our mattress from 14 years ago to help us made our choice. Very pleased overall polite, there when we needed help but not in your face. Very well done. Safety measures in place, doors left open, screens and paper towels available, spot on
