Mary was very helpful. She greeted us at the store entrance and directed us to the hand sanitisers. She asked us what we were looking for and directed us to the bed to measure the type of mattress we required. This was all sanitised and then we were able a try a number of mattresses before making our choice. The payment was taken quickly. My only slight issue was the length of time we have to wait for our mattress to be delivered.
