We were greeted on arrival. We were informed about the PPE and about maintaining social distancing. We were provided with a clean pillow and bed roll to try out the beds. Sleep match completed in order to select the most appropriate mattress for my elderly mother. The dream colleague Usha, was very polite and patient with my Mom. Provided us with a drink while we were there. My Moms first outing since lock down (14 weeks) and the staff were lovely with her.

From entering the store we were made to feel safe and welcome. The sleep match experience was excellent and more importantly accurate. All members of staff we spoke to or overheard were polite and professional and welcoming.
