From entering the store we were made to feel safe and welcome. The sleep match experience was excellent and more importantly accurate. All members of staff we spoke to or overheard were polite and professional and welcoming.

Hello, In regard to your question about why I was highly satisfied with your service was down to a number of factors, all of which began at dreams. Recently my late mother came into dreams with my eldest sister to purchase a new bed and mattress, I’m sure as you already know a great nights sleep is priceless, especially for my mother as she was suffering health wise and therefore wanted a new bed which she spent almost three hours picking at the Oldbury dreams outlet which we only live 2 minutes away from. Because of the service she and my sister received on that occasion my sister also bought a new bed and mattress from yourselves and as a further result of this my sister insisted I should get a new and mattress also, to which I obliged - finally albeit. I was very unsure on what sort of bed I should get but because my sister had already shopped with yourselves before she was almost an expert on what bed I needed, even your lovely colleague Usha was surprised. Speaking of Usha, she was lovely, we built a great rapport with her and she spent the time to make sure my purchase was the right one. I hope it is.
