Usha who assisted us was very friendly but not overpowering. She directed us to the SleepMaster and told us which mattress were right for us from that information. She told us to take our time and did not hurry us at all.

We’d gone in hoping to see a bed frame we’d seen online and you didn’t have it in store.. however the staff were incredibly helpful and got us to do the sleep match and patiently let us try a number of mattresses and even switched a mattress and frame for us to try the combo we liked. Really great stuff!

I am highly satisfied because I never felt pressurised at any time and was very happy with the knowledge of Robert who assisted me. I felt guided throughout and am very happy with my purchase.

Everyone I. The store was friendly, chatty, knowledgable and helpful, the only improvement that could have been made was to show us online the beds they didn’t have in store. We picked one frame from a choice of 3 in store but then found another choice on line that we both preferred and was able to view it at another store. Everyone was super helpful at both locations and our order was changed at the other store for us.
