Dreams - Oldbury

Mary appeared to have a lot of knowledge and was therefore very helpful when we were choosing a mattress for my daughter. I was offered a drink in a proper mug which I drank whilst making my purchase. I will certainly be coming back to buy a mattress for my own bed.

The quickness and how easy it was to find what I wanted and place an order

The assistant who dealt with our enquiry was ver professional and knowledgeable for which made our decision to place an order was so much easier than expected.

The staff member was very attentive and helpful. She showed us a wide range of products that were suitable for our needs and gave us time to discuss and wasn't pushy. We went back to ask questions a couple of times and she was very helpful. The order process was quick and easy.

The man who helped us, Robert, was extremely helpful and was sympathetic to my husband’s needs ( he is severely visually impaired and has little speech capacity following a stroke). Robert was patient and explained everything as we went through the process of finding and ordering a bed.

We looking for two single mattresses & thought we would have a look in DREAMS at Oldbury, started to have a look round then we we approached by a member of the staff who was VERY VERY helpful, we explained what we were looking for & she took us to see exactly what we were looking for, great service full marks from us 10/10.

The lady (Mary) who attended to us was very patient, personable and came across as trustworthy. She made the experience easier for us with her patience because we were very unsure what to buy and she took us through the bed machine and the options listed as best for us. She also waited for us to return because we needed to go home to measure up and to go to bensons to compare prices. She gave us sound advise on measuring and what to consider in terms of the bed frames. Patience I think is always needed in these circumstances as customers do want to ensure they are getting the best value and that sometimes means several hours of going back and forth.

We placed our order with a employee named Mary at Oldbury branch, she was very helpful and got the best mattress and bed frame for our budget. She also showed us the mattress machine that tells you what mattress is best for you which was really helpful. First time shopping at Dreams and won’t be the last! Thank you.
