First impression ample free parking spaces, then on entering store, clean good lighting, beds laid out in the store so gave good access to examine, all on one level no going to upper floors. Immediate acknowledgement by member of Staff named Chris that we were in store and his services available if required. Having looked around then having the ones from which we required further information then consulted with Chris. His knowledge of each product was really informative and before finally choosing he offered myself and wife the opportunity to use the facility of the computerised bed, which we took up the offer and there in the final analysis of suitable beds was the one we most favoured. Having decided to make this purchase Chris then took us through the Sale procedure. At all times he was polite,respectful and friendly and made us feel at ease and at no time did we feel under pressure to make purchase(s). Your company should be commended on recruiting Chris as one of your staff he is a credit to you.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. Really impressed with the sleepmatch. Kids were made to feel welcome too.

From the moment we entered the store in Oldbury we felt at ease. We were greeted with a friendly smile and hello by Mary, Mary was most helpful throughout our visit to the branch, we chatted about our sleep patterns and what sort of Matress we may like to purchase, Mary kindly offered us a drink and suggested we might like to try the 'Dreams Sleep Match' which we found both amusing and enjoyable. Information and advise was calculated on details collected by the 'Dreams Sleep Match' machine as to which Matress may suit our sleeping requirements. Mary also gave valuable information on pillow requirements which she made sure we had the correct one. We found Mary to be very helpful and did not feel pressured at all. We made our purchase of the Therapur Acti Gel Matress along with a Matress Protector and 2 Therapur Pillows. We would like to thank Mary for her help, advise and patience.

The whole experience was great. We came In and Mary helped us find the perfect bed. She was very courteous and helpful. The mattress we chose was unbelievably comfortable, better than we imagined. We will definitely return for any bed related purchases from now on! Many thanks

Mostly due to the sales assistant Usha’ knowledge and assistance. Usha really made us feel at home and her knowledge made finding the right bed for 2 extremely picky people, a piece of cake. I normally hate visiting companies that are as big as Dream’s but I can honestly say I was so happy with the overall experience that I will be coming back again in the future
