It was nearly the end of the working day there were not many folks in the shop so the member of staff was able to focus well on my situation. He knew his stuff and I felt he gave good advice. The products on display were well laid out and of a high standard of quality. The salesman (Grant I think) was very professional, there was no rushing of things so I think it went well.

The service received from Wil in the Perth store was excellent. He knew he was talking about no sales patter or pushy sales tactics.

Vivien was very helpful and friendly without being pushy. We felt confident that she would help us find the right option for us.

The staff at the Perth branch could not have been better, very knowledgeable with regards to the products available, friendly, and answered any questions we had, will definitely be purchasing from the store in the future.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, who listened to what I wanted and guided on options. Dealt with speedily and whilst clearly there was an aim for a sale I didn't feel pressured. Questions all answered and having gone away to reflect and then returned to the store the member of staff recalled my visit and made the sale process efficient. Not the cheapest (£3200) and frustratingly slow for delivery but left confident in what I had bought.
