Advisor listened to my needs and understood I had already done a bit of viewing online. He showed me the product I was interested in, took my through the feature and allowed to check that the physical measurements would match my requirements, gave me the space to think and once decided order was placed quickly and easily.

We were highly satisfied as the store manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful but was not at all pushing for a sale. He listened to our needs and spent quality time with us. He had both a professional and friendly manner.

Member of staff was friendly and informative showed us all the options available on the bed we wanted.

From entering the store to completion of order it was a good experience. Grant looked after us and demonstrated the range of mattresses that met our requirements. He is an asset to your company. He is very knowledgeable and good at listening. Normally we go home to think about it but there was no need to do this.
