Wilmoth the store manager was a fantastic sales person. He was very knowledgable about all products and when we explained our needs he was happy to spend the time with us testing multiple mattresses to find the right one for us. When we asked about other products he gave in-depth help into our needs and advised what to get and what not too. He had a very friendly and approachable personality and he truly seems to care about each individual customer and makes them feel welcome. I’ve never experienced a more attentive sales person before and he didn’t try to sell us what we didn’t need he advised us and let us make our own decisions. If I was ever to come back to the store for products in the future I would expect other staff to be exactly like him. We have passed his name and the store onto our friends who are going in next week to also purchase mattresses because of our experience. To say you have an amazing employee at the Perth store is an understatement. Every store needs a Wilmoth. Thank you Dreams, we can’t wait to enjoy our new mattress.

Felt welcome and made to feel at ease throughout the whole experience. Was measured by the machine then shown to the correct mattress. Saved a lot of time rather than testing everything in the store. Sale made quickly and discount applied. Excellent customer service.

From walking into the store, we were greeted by Wiumdth, a very friendly gentleman who was very informative and helpful and he helped us come away with a mattress, pillows, duvet and a bed. Wiumdth had the knowledge to help us and I was very impressed. All in all a very pleasant experience and will recommend Dreams to family and friends.

Staff very welcoming….Able to explained what mattress was good for us ….No pushing for a sale ….Showed us a number of mattresses and explained what the make up of the mattresses were….
