Your Perth store manager spent a great deal of time listening to me and then explaining the considerable list of options you had to offer. The whole experience from start to finish was fantastic . I had originally expected to walk away with just a quote but I was really taken with the experience , knowledge and professionalism on offer that I just decided to place my order there and then. I was also delighted to realise that the lead time for delivery to my house was just over a week. A really great customer experience for me and I am really looking forward to a great nights sleep when my new bed (specifically designed around me) arrives. Thank you

We were given a full explanation on the different mattresses available and we used the simulator which helped us decide the best one for us! The sales assistant Will was very helpful and had a wide range of knowledge and was very friendly.

We sampled each of the mattresses recommended by the machine Each mattress was explained to us the differences how they were made We were given a sample pillow each, with paper for us to use as we sampled the mattress Offered the product warranty with free mattress protector The only challenge no mattress in store and a 12 day delivery... Service excellent product knowledge excellent

Was allowed to have a wee look before being jumped upon. Found the assistant very knowledgeable and very approachable. Nothing was too much for her and she wasn’t pushy which made you feel more comfortable

Grant was very polite spoken to me and listened to what I was looking for. He knows the products he sell and helped me pick one. He also made me aware of the mattress and bed cover and explained how it all works.

The young man was very helpfull without being pushy and letting me choose what I wanted.I was very pleased with his service.
