I was met with a salesman on entry and asked if he could be of assistance. He was knowledgeable about Dreams products and listened to my questions, answering them to my satisfaction.

As soon as we walked into the shop we were greeted very well and with hand sanitizer. We knew exactly what we were looking for so we discussed this with the sales assistant and he showed us everything we needed. We were then measured and put through the sleep match which was great. We then tested alot of mattresses which never seemed to bother the staff members. They stepped back when we needed them to and were very helpful with any questions we had. We were offered refreshments and good banter along with it.
