Great service, very knowledgeable and helpful

We were following up an order and returning bags for disposal of bed items we no longer needed. Bought a Temura pillow we were very impressed with during our bed selection visit. This time greeted by the manager who was friendly, very knowledgeable and careful about hygiene when we tried the different pillows. Honestly thought Dreams would be just another shed selling beds. So far very impressed and our daughter has also bought a bed from the same store and found staff Grant to be great as we did on our first visit.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was greeted by the wonderful ' Grant '. I was desperate to find 2 new mattress. 1 for my daughter's bedroom and 1 for mine. I suffer a lot of back and hip pain. Grant was fantastic with his knowledge for beds. Couldn't of asked for a more outstanding individual. He is a credit to the company. Grant told me to lie on one of the beds where it will tell me which mattress would most benefit myself. That was nice to have a little break from running around after my children! Grant showed me the top matches that would be great for my back issues. I had 2 favourites and ended up going for a lovely Tempur mattress. I loved how it came with 2 pillows for free! I was amazed at that. I was also able to get an ex display mattress for my daughter, which was really comfortable too. It came with the bed frame and headboard. Adding everything up, I was shocked how much I had actually saved. Grant answered all questions I had asked, promptly. He had a nice vibe to him too. I have already recommended ' Dreams ' to family and friends and some of my neighbours.
