This was our first visit to the store. Entering the shop I realised I had forgotten my face mask. Rachel heard me and immediately offered me one. She introduced herself and asked if we wanted help. We explained what we were looking for and she was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful whilst demonstrating the product in detail. Finally decided on two beds, Rachel took time to provide 2 printed quotes with price and delivery this was extremely helpful. When thinking about a mattress, she explained the sleep system which we used. Once finished she showed us our top 3 suggestions explaining the difference. We were very undecided but she was extremely patient and even gave us pillows to try with the various mattresses. Once we decided on a mattress she took us to the desk. Our order was processed quick and efficiently. Whilst browsing we made a comment about how hot it was wearing face masks. She then offered us bottled water. We commented to the store manager that Rachel had been fantastic and he said she was new. My husband said if not for 1st class service he would probably not have purchased the product. Rachel was a credit to your companty.
