I was greeted well and the sales person listened to what I required. I was offered the opportunity of trying out your bed matching machine which I found very useful. We then discussed a range of options and found one to suit my specific needs. Whilst my first choice wasn’t available, your sales person suggested suitable alternatives and a compromise was found and the order placed. I was surprised that the employee had only been with you for a short time, but her product knowledge was excellent! This is a testament to your training.
