The salesperson was very competent and able to explain clearly everything about the product that I was buying.

Service was excellent. The sales assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He has only been with the company for 7 weeks and yet I wouldn't have been able to tell. He made purchasing a bed frame and mattress very easy and stress free.

we were served by Allan who was very good, helpful, chatty and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. I believe he is relatively new to Dreams but you would not know that. He was supported by another lady who was also good when she stepped in while he had to go an help lift a mattress, she was also new but again that was not apparent at all.

Rachel was very friendly and excellent at directing us to the products which best fitted our needs. She definitely wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive product but rather the product which was best for us.
