The gentleman in the shop was fabulous at his job - I walked in knowing exactly what I needed and he found the correct mattress for me , moved it into a base more like mine and let me lie around as long as I needed . He was pleasant, professional and engaging - very helpful - took time to ensure I got exactly what I needed. I’ve used dreams several times and always been impressed by the service

We were in the store in Perth looking and returned a week later to look again. The assistant Vivienne was very helpful on our first visit which is why we returned. She looked after us again very friendly and efficient. We were protected in the store feeling entirely at ease about infection. The other members of staff also were great. I was offered a drink which was very unexpected but lovely. Viviens knowledge and advice helped us choose our bed with confidence. We were delighted to hear our bed would be delivered in 10 days. We have also received an email of confirmation. Highly satisfied is what we are. Many thanks

I was looking for a firm king size mattress. The sales assistant, Vivien, was very helpful in assisting me to choose the mattress. The mattress price was very good too.
