Allan was very helpful gave us a great choice of mattress which would help my husbands back problems he used the dreams machine to tell us what products would be best then showed us some mattress and let us have a walk round to talk about which ones we liked best he was extremely helpful and pleasant

The interaction from store assistants, the knowledge, the transparency and the not feeling too pressured. The order time until receiving the product was also excellent.

The member of staff that helped me was very kind & very helpful. He explained the changes Dreams has made after the Covid19 Lockdown, for example giving customers their own pillow to use while trying out mattresses/beds. He was really helpful in finding me the perfect mattress I need seeing as I had a sore back & a problem with my shoulder. I used the machine that helps figure out what kind of mattress I need which was fun. It makes it easier to choose a mattress instead of spending ages trying load of different ones.
