Dreams - Perth

We were highly satisfied on our visit mainly by the staff, we had visited a few places that day and the young lady named Klaudia at dreams in Perth was lovley and very helpful she didn't pressurise us she just told us what we needed to know then left us to decide .

Nice friendly assistant felt at ease trying out the mattresses recommended, no rush at all, the sleep machine was great.

There was no pressure selling and the staff member was very knowledgeable about all of the products and what the differences were. We used the sleep assistance machine and found this worthwhile.

I was extremely satisfied with the product knowledge of the staff. Nothing seemed to be too much of a problem for the staff and I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

Great servicet

Klaudia was very attentive and knowledgeable about mattresses which we were looking to purchase. She offered advice and guidance without hard selling any particular product (such as the most expensive) which made for a very relaxed experience. She also took care of sorting a mattress for our son which he was very happy to do and found Klaudia very friendly.

Hamilton made us a coffee and we discussed what we were looking for; he seemed to have very good product knowledge and showed us some options. He then took us through the Sleepmatch and so we were able to compare a few products and make a decision. Throughout the whole process we felt at ease and under no pressure.

Hamilton sells with confidence and encouraged me to take my time. He showed me all my options, including the ones below my budget. The mattress machine was great as well.

Very friendly and helpfull teams! Only came for a visit but Jessica took care of us and find exactly what we needed!!
