Very friendly and understanding. Very thorough.

Upon entering the store we were spoken to by Hamilton who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He had us use the bed technology to gain an insight into the best mattress for us. This was very helpful and made choosing a mattress much easier. We went onto purchase a mattress and two pillows as recommended and delivery is in a few days so we are very pleased.

I had come in previously to look at the beds and then came back a few weeks later to actually order it. The beds had been shuffled but josh from the dreams in Perth new where it was, making ordering the right one quick and easy. He was friendly and took his time helping us.
