We felt we were made welcome in the store and Josh who served us ensured we were making the right choice of mattress after showing us the range of mattress products we were given time to try the range and make our decision although we did not buy on the day we came back approximately 4 weeks later and placed our order. Josh and his manager are exemplary at there job overall we could not find any fault. Well done.

I have recently been very ill and am disabled. Klaudia was very patient. And took her time helping me and making sure I was ok at all times. Made sure I had water and was ok at all times. A credit to Dreams.

Klaudia was very helpful. Running through all the options available to us. Klaudia also took the time to understand our individual needs and tailor an option that best suited us.

I visited the Perth store on the 21st September, the staff were fantastic, made me feel very welcome, went through everything in detail certainly knew what they were talking about so would just like to say thanks to josh and klaudia Lee Gowrie

We came into Dreams twice, the first time we told the sales assistant that we weren't going to be buying as we were looking for a bed for a house that was being built and had no idea when we were going to be moving in. Despite this Josh was incredibly helpful. He took us round the various styles of beds and showed us the bed test (to see what sort of bed suited us best). He was really knowledgeable and helped us a lot, even though he knew we weren't buying. The second time was when we bought the bed. It was Alan who helped us that day. Again we were stunned with how helpful the staff were. Overall we were incredibly happy with our experience in Dreams and can't rate Josh and Alan highly enough.

I had already picked out the items online before going to the store. The customer service was excellent and I was given recommendations on a more quality mattress. I therefore changed to the better quality item as advised. All in all I was really satisfied by the speedy service and transaction
