Sales staff in store were friendly,imformative and gave us time and space to make our choice.The order process was smooth and the delivery team kept us updated with the progress of the order.When the mattress was delivered Thomas and his colleagues were efficient and friendly.They coped well with the restricted access to our attic bedroom.

Looking for a new mattress, Josh was very helpful, let us use the sleep machine, showed us all the mattress and pillows that suited us, explained the benefits of each with costs etc, but then left us alone to browse and try fir ourselves. Didn’t feel any pressure to buy. Xx

The in store manager in Perth and his assistant were the most honest, decent, helpful and friendly Salesmen that we have encountered. They didn't push us at all. We can't praise them enough
