The Customer assistant was extremely friendly and helpful as well as very considerate towards the fact that I'm transgender. Everything was clean, neat and welcoming. The assistants were very eager to help but not to the point where it became a bother. Overall a fantastic shopping experience and would definitely recommend to people I know.

Both members of staff were welcoming and helpful. As soon as I entered shop I felt comfortable and not pressured to make any purchase. Different options were offered with regards payment and lengthy time was spent ensuring I was happy with purchases and different alternatives were shown.
