Outstanding service. Very patient member of staff, who spent a long time letting me try various mattresses and explaining everything to me both then and whilst I was placing my order. She even gave me a delicious and most welcome cup of coffee!

Staff were very helpful and knowledgable and were happy to answer any questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed or pressurised into buying anything during my visit.

WE WERE OFFERED TEA AND COFFEE THEN LEFT ALONE TO LOOK AT THE BEDS IN OUR OWN TIME ANY QUESTIONS WE HAD WE'RE AWNSERED AND THERE WAS NO PRESSURE TO BUY A DEARER BED

When we entered the store Emma was quick to ask if we needed assistance and once we explained our requirements she immediately found suitable models for our consideration. As we placed the order we were offered refreshments and both Emma and her colleague assisted us with the special offers available on bedding. Buying from Dreams is an enjoyable experience!
