Dreams - Perth

Josh @ the Perth store was very helpful and efficient. I managed to get exactly what I wanted all in one day.

A very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient assistant explained the various structures of mattresses. Given time to try all the different types, not rushed or pushed in any way. Generally a pleasant experience.

Josh was friendly and helpful. He understood our needs easily and the visit was enjoyable. I would certainly purchase from Dreams Perth again and in fact I have as i took my mother straight back in to buy a new matress.

Returned the day after I placed an order to add another mattress to my order. I received the same wonderful reception I got yesterday. Nothing was too much trouble for them, and adding to my order was quickly and efficiently applied.

Extremely nice assistant who saw to our needs, gave us good advice and let us try out the various mattresses at our ease. It was great to be able to check out the goods without being hustled or made to feel that we were time wasters.

We had two trips to the Dreams store on separate days. We wanted to make sure we were getting the right bed for us so we needed some 'thinking time' and, due to the range and choice of mattresses on offer, we had a lot of decision making to do. The staff (Emma and Josh) were very helpful and understanding of our needs and gave us a good amount of time spent with them as well as time to ourselves trying out different options. They were also extremely patient and friendly with our 2 young children who were 'occupying themselves' as we were making our decision. They were able to answer all our questions with great knowledge and gave us several pillow options to try which helped a lot. Once we made our decision they also gave us a deal on a couple of pillows and couldn't have been more helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience assisted by helpful, patient and friendly staff.
