Dreams - Perth

We are repeat shoppers with Dreams because we think the customer service, value for money and product quality are excellent. During our recent visit to the Dreams store in Perth, Emma and Steph could not have been more helpful and we were highly satisfied with our shopping experience - Thank you!

I am 1 75year old widow and ammiddle of seeling house and doing up a flat so finding all of this very stressful. Josh was very helpful and informative.

The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable

Josh the assistant was very helpful, explained the comparisons on mattresses and advised husband who suffers from backache. He wasn't pushy and we didn't feel obliged to buy especially as we went initially for a look and he was so helpful and so was the store manager that we purchased a bed and pillows at the same time.

Friendly, well informed assistant provided required information, without hard selling, which led to purchase of very high quality bed and mattress at great price.

Emma was very friendly and helpful and took the time to help me make the right decision for a mattress. I was being quite fussy but she was very patient and knowledgeable about the products and asked questions to best meet my needs.

I was given a very comprehensive explanation of the differences in the item I was buying. I was never rushed and found that I went away satisfied that I had bought the correct item ( without any doubts ) The member of staff looking after me had a good knowledge of the item I was buying.

Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Did not pressure us in the slightest. But helped us to consider what was best for us.

The salesperson was courteous, friendly, attentive, knowledgeable,helpful and patient.
