Dreams - Perth

The salesman, Josh was helpful. I really just went into the shop to browse but ended up buying a new mattress. There was no hard sell at all and Josh quickly understood my requirements and helped me narrow the choice pretty quickly. It was a very hot day and I was offered tea or a bottle of cold water which was a nice touch. I also lost my sunglasses in the shop and everyone had a good hunt around with no luck. I did however receive a phone call ten minutes after I left as one of the other assistants had another search and found them. They were really sincere, nice people. All of this is great because I bought a bed for my son ten years ago and had a bit of difficulty with delays in delivering and I was not that happy! He still loves that bed though as it is in my spare room when he comes home to visit. He ll be buying his marriage bed this October. Thanks. I had a nice experience in this new branch.

Steph was patient and helpful in helping me pick a pillow. Gave me space when I needed it and made me feel relaxed

I was extremely satisfied with my shopping at Dreams,the young man who helped us was called Ben and he was so very helpful , nothing was to much of a problem a credit to your store. I once went to Bensons but the customer service was dreadful and that why I went to Dreams.And would definetly recommend them to friends.

Good range of products and prices. Staff very friendly and we felt very welcome to take our time trying out the mattresses even though we came late in the day to the store.

Went in for a good quality pillow and got exactly that. The store made me think "wow" when I entered it was so well-presented and looked after. I was told what was available and what each pillow would give me for the price. The colleague that helped me, Ben, was incredibly friendly and patient with me, made me feel comfortable (not just because of the pillow!) and answered all my questions. Was overall a very positive experience.

The sales staff were very friendly, the trainee member of staff very quickly asked for assistance from her colleague when she got into difficulties with my very specific requests. All my questions were answered thoroughly and my order was placed and attended to timely and professionally. Very good customer service skills displayed.
