Hamilton the sales assistance made the whole process so easy and was extremely helpful the shop is spacious and clean great selection and I was provided a nice hot coffee

First visit to new store. Were greeted by salesman Ben who was very helpful in steering us towards our choice of mattress. Ben was very knowledgeable about the range of products available and very keen to ensure we made the right choice for our needs.

Store very accessible, well laid out, and staff in Perth were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

We came into the store twice, once yesterday and then again tonight. The person who served us was so helpful both times and never seemed to be bothered about how much time we were taking to make up our minds. He gave us lots of information and spelled out all the choices available to us, providing lots of things to try etc. different pillows. He was very helpful indeed and very friendly. He stayed 45 minutes over the time when his shift was due to finish (we had asked yesterday what time he was working today and he said until 6.00) so that he could finish serving us and when we realised how late it was and apologised he said no bother at all, all he was bothered about was having a happy customer leaving the shop.
