The girl who served us was excellent. Her product knowledge led to us getting exactly what we wanted and she looked up a new store start up code for us to get 10% off. We are delighted with the fit and quality of your Egyptian cotton sheets; they fit our Tempur mattresses well; it's difficult to get quality sheets at a reasonable price.

Lovely new store, there were plenty of staff on hand to help and although we were approached 3 times whilst just browsing it wasn't pushy, as I would have left if this was the case!

Found sales assistant very helpful, was left to discuss our purchase and not pressurised in any way.

Long manufacture time and pillow not in stock even though computer said there was, store assistant very helpful and even phoned her store manager to seek where stock may be and come in, recovered situation.
