2 and half weeks not good delivery time considering it says 5 days on contract

My two matresses are taking two weeks to arrive, that's why.

Not yet received items so not received full service to comment on.

Some choices were not available

I rarely give 'highly' satisfied to surveys.

We were happy with our visit today. The only thing I was not Highly Satisfied about was the delivery time. Even then, 2 weeks delivery is not unreasonable.

I was highly impressed with my visit to this store. By the service I experienced and also by the wide variety of good quality items.

Sales manager was extremly rude and has zero costomer service skills. When i went back two days later to purchase the bed frame .he decided was a good idea to mock me as the price was now considerably more than what i could have paid two days earlier.

Giving delivery date for 5days after purchase, recieved phone call on the day before delivery to be told matters won't be delivered as not in warehouse and have No idea when it will get delivered, then said frame is delivered by somebody else, I phoned the perth branch and I was called back to say they forgot to mention to me of the bed frame coming from another company and are closed and I won't recieve the frame until atleast February, and if I just wanted to wait and get both delivered then! So called customer services for refund and will not recommend dreams to anhbodyband certainly won't be returning!
